Description

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Communications and Public Relations Influence Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing press, celebrity, and influencer activations that enhance the visibility, awareness, and desirability of our agencies, as well as bolster brand strategy and image. The role requires an energetic team-centric individual with an interest in working in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Responsibilities

    Ensure brand positioning across all PR and influence activities – including press, events, boutique openings, celebrity initiatives, influencer activations, and more
    Build and maintain relationships with key press contacts, editors, journalists, celebrity stylists, influencers, agencies, vendors, and key opinion leaders across fashion, jewelry, luxury, and creative fields
    Work with media outlets in defining placement and creating narratives for the business approach
    Ideate PR and influence opportunities and develop strong angles for storytelling
    Enhance the company’s voice and presence through online and offline channels
    Build and maintain media relationships
    Manage both brands’ Instagram and LinkedIn accounts
    Building and moderating social media communities by responding to comments and keeping members engaged
    Managing a social media content calendar
    Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
    Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content dailyConduct market analysis to provide the business with future opportunities
    Establish mailing lists and create an approach to connect with potential partners and collaborations
    Manage all external collaborations and communication with respective parties
    Present company strategy/vision and decks to potential partners

Qualifications

    Minimum 2 years of prior PR experience in design, gallery, and or luxury industries
    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling stories, pitches, presentations, and more
    Proven experience in project management and execution of PR campaigns and/or initiatives
    Friendly and upbeat personality with a team-centric approach while managing multiple projects simultaneously
    Excellent oral and written communication skills
    Ability to maintain confidentiality & discretion in handling sensitive information
    Proficient with Google Workspace tools
