Description

Seeking a Creative Content Lead to manage and grow a multi-platform presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Substack. This full-time role blends content creation, performance analysis, and digital strategy, with a focus on integrating AI tools to drive growth.

The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, eager to experiment, and curious about what’s next. Comfortable producing content on a phone, reviewing analytics, and collaborating with creatives, this role requires a sharp understanding of brand-building and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

    Plan, create, and publish content across social channels, with a strong emphasis on visuals, tone, and performance.
    Fully manage the studio Instagram, including content calendar and audience growth.
    Analyze platform metrics and deliver weekly/monthly performance insights with strategic recommendations.
    Support the studio newsletter content planning, production, and growth strategies.
    Use AI tools to ideate, test creative, research trends, and streamline workflows.
    Support photoshoots and campaign activations with on-set content and channel-ready assets.
    Collaborate with PR, e-comm, and product teams to align on brand storytelling and key launches.
    Stay up to date on social trends, tools, and platform updates to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

    2-4 years experience in digital marketing, social media, or content production—ideally in lifestyle, fashion, interiors, or luxury.
    Strong content creation skills, including visual layout and copywriting.
    Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, Figma, or similar.
    Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Later, Sprout, or platform-native insights).
    Creative thinker excited by innovation, trends, and experimenting with AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway).
    Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or related field preferred.
