Description

Seeking a visually-led Creative Producer with a strong background in art direction or photography to lead all content creation efforts across e-commerce, editorial, campaign, and social channels. This is a hybrid creative and strategic role for someone who can own the visual process end-to-end—from developing the concept and mood to shaping on-set direction and post-production outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a deep understanding of fashion aesthetics, an instinct for casting and composition, and experience producing both high-touch and lo-fi content. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and brand team to shape a cohesive visual narrative across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

    Lead the creative production of all brand imagery including e-commerce, editorial shoots, flatlays, street-style content, and special campaigns
    Collaborate with Creative Director on art direction, moodboards, storyboarding, and shoot concepts
    Direct on-set creative execution including framing, lighting, styling coordination, and overall aesthetic alignment
    Manage pre-production: sourcing photographers, stylists, locations, talent, and equipment
    Cast muses, models, and creative talent that align with the brand’s sensibility (agency, street, or community-based)
    Oversee post-production flow: manage selects, retouching notes, asset delivery, and final approvals
    Capture or direct lo-fi, culture-forward social content around NYC with a spontaneous, editorial feel
    Maintain production calendars and ensure alignment with campaign timelines and seasonal priorities

Qualifications

    Minimum 3 years of experience in creative content production, art direction, or fashion photography
    Demonstrated ability to develop and execute visually compelling brand stories across digital platforms
    Strong creative POV with a clear understanding of fashion visual language (casting, color, composition, mood)
    Confident leading both editorial-level campaigns and agile, real-world content shoots
    Deep creative network in NYC: photographers, stylists, models, production teams
    Bonus: hands-on photography or directing experience (editorial, lookbooks, fashion campaigns)
    Comfortable working fast, flexibly, and collaboratively in a startup-minded in-house team
