Description

Seeking a Director of Digital Growth and E-Commerce to lead and scale the brand’s digital commerce and performance marketing efforts. This senior leadership role will be responsible for driving online revenue growth, optimizing digital sales channels, and spearheading data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of DTC e-commerce, digital marketing, analytics, and omnichannel commerce, with experience in premium or performance fashion brands. This role will oversee a team of at least three direct reports across marketing, site operations, and sales, while also working cross-functionally with product, creative, and retail teams.
 

Responsibilities

    Develop and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy that drives revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
    Lead and scale e-commerce operations, including site performance, UX/UI optimization, merchandising, and conversion rate improvements.
    Own the full-funnel digital marketing strategy (paid media, CRM, email, SEO, affiliate, influencer, and retention).
    Manage and optimize the e-commerce P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
    Oversee direct reports across performance marketing, site operations, and CRM, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, with a strong focus on LTV, AOV, and ROI-driven decision-making.
    Implement A/B testing, CRO strategies, and data-driven insights to continuously optimize digital performance.
    Collaborate with product, creative, and merchandising teams to align digital storytelling with brand messaging.
    Evaluate and implement new technologies, third-party tools, and platforms to enhance digital capabilities.
    Expand global e-commerce presence, including international markets, localization strategies, and fulfillment solutions.
    Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, data privacy laws, and digital security best practices.

Qualifications

    8-12 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or digital growth roles, preferably in fashion, performance wear, or premium consumer brands.
    Strong leadership experience, including managing direct reports and cross-functional teams.
    Expertise in Shopify Plus, performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), email/CRM (Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc.), and data analytics tools.
    Proven track record of scaling digital revenue, driving customer acquisition, retention, and omnichannel growth.
    Deep understanding of UX/UI, conversion rate optimization, and digital merchandising.
    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing spend.
    Experience working with agency partners, third-party vendors, and platform integrations.
    Knowledge of global e-commerce expansion strategies, fulfillment operations, and customer experience best practices.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
