Collaborate closely with clients and coordinate with internal and external partners—including architects, contractors, fabricators, artisans, and developers—across multiple concurrent projects.
Oversee material sourcing and specification, custom furniture design, visual research, FF&E sourcing, and the development of presentation materials.
Maintain and track project budgets and timelines to ensure seamless execution from concept to installation.
Assist in the preparation of full drawing sets, specification writing, and project schedules.
Support construction administration tasks including review and response to submittals, RFIs, ASIs/IDSKs, and coordination with consultants and vendors.
