Description

Seeking a highly creative and technically savvy Senior Digital Product & E-Commerce Manager to lead the digital experience across the studio's website ecosystem, including the launch of a new gallery site. This role is responsible for end-to-end oversight of website design, UX, merchandising, marketing, SEO, and data operations.

The role will partner with internal teams and outside consultants to evolve the studio’s digital platforms and support strategic growth, while preserving the elevated visual standards of the brand.

Responsibilities

Website Strategy & Management

    Lead the end-to-end development of a new gallery website, including design, UX, backend architecture, and go-live execution in partnership with external developers.
    Own the digital product roadmap across all websites, prioritizing features that enhance performance, user experience, and brand storytelling.
    Oversee visual layouts across web and mobile, using the studio’s asset bank to design compelling product and editorial pages.

Ecommerce Operations

    Manage the digital storefront and full merchandising experience—from homepage through checkout.
    Plan and execute product launches and seasonal campaigns across the website.
    Maintain accurate backend product data in Salesforce and associated systems (inventory, pricing, imagery, metadata).
    Oversee integrations with third-party vendors and plugins.

Digital Marketing, SEO & Growth

    Develop and implement web marketing strategies, including email campaigns, landing pages, and digital catalogs to drive revenue and engagement.
    Design and schedule performance-based marketing emails that align with launch calendars and retail promotions.
    Drive SEO strategy across all digital platforms, including keyword optimization, technical SEO audits, and structured content development.
    Optimize content and metadata to enhance discoverability and organic search rankings.
    Partner on AI-driven search functionality and content enhancements that improve user experience and search visibility.

AI & Innovation

    Act as an internal expert on emerging AI tools to streamline workflows, generate content, and enhance the digital experience.
    Propose and test AI-powered solutions to increase efficiency in digital merchandising, copywriting, and UX enhancements

Collaboration & Leadership

    Support the VP of Operations in setting strategic growth plans for web commerce.
    Work closely with Creative, Sales, and Finance teams to align digital activity with broader brand and business goals.
    Interpret customer feedback and behavior to refine features and design improvements.

Qualifications

    6+ years of experience in Ecommerce, Product Management, or Digital Marketing for design, fashion, or luxury lifestyle brands.
    Expert in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and web product data management.
    Strong understanding of UX design, user journey optimization, and customer experience best practices.
    Proven experience in SEO strategy development and execution, including technical, on-page, and content SEO.
    Hands-on experience with email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo), CMS tools, A/B testing, and Google Analytics.
    Proficient in graphic design principles; ability to use design tools to build web layouts and marketing assets.
    Comfortable managing external developers, creative freelancers, and digital vendors.
    Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, Figma AI plug-ins) and how to implement them across design and operations.
    Detail-oriented, highly creative, and deeply passionate about luxury, design, and visual storytelling.
