Description

Seeking a highly experienced and detail-driven Senior Project Manager to oversee the execution of complex design projects across luxury residential, high-end hospitality, and elevated restaurant environments. This role is responsible for managing each project from concept through completion—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

The ideal candidate has a strong leadership background and a proven ability to coordinate across creative, client, and construction teams. A deep understanding of the design process, outstanding communication skills, and an elevated aesthetic sensibility are essential.

Responsibilities

    Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion across luxury hospitality, commercial, and high-end private residential sectors.
    Lead design development and oversee drawing and documentation phases, ensuring smooth transition into construction while managing scope, schedule, and budget.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, fabricators, and other external stakeholders.
    Review and submit comprehensive project documentation to ensure design intent, technical accuracy, and basic code compliance.
    Scope and plan project milestones and timelines; ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
    Collaborate with FF&E and Interiors teams to align creative direction and execution.
    Mentor and manage project team members across levels, providing clear direction and identifying growth opportunities.
    Oversee design team resource planning, staffing, and workflow across phases to ensure consistent progress and accountability.

Qualifications

    8+ years of experience in project management within interior design or architecture, with a strong educational background in either discipline.
    Proven ability to manage multiple design projects from concept through completion across all phases.
    Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
    Strong leadership abilities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing complex project workflows.
    Refined presentation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD; experience with Rhino, rendering programs, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office.
    Significant experience in construction administration (CA), including submittals, RFIs, ASI/IDSK review and consultant coordination.
    Willingness to travel for domestic and international project needs.
