Description

Seeking a VP of Operations is seeking to drive business performance, growth strategy, and cross-functional execution across the company. The VP will oversee operations, sales, and strategic initiatives, leading efforts to optimize profitability, scale new product categories, and strengthen partnerships across retail, e-commerce, and emerging verticals such as home fragrance and lifestyle products.

The ideal candidate brings proven operational leadership, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to think strategically while executing decisively. They combine consulting-level problem-solving skills with the hands-on leadership required to bring ideas to life in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

    Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to define and execute growth and operational strategy across retail, digital, and product channels.
    Lead annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align creative direction with financial goals.
    Oversee company P&L, operational systems, and performance KPIs to ensure efficiency and scalability.
    Build and manage strategic partnerships, licensing opportunities, and new business initiatives.
    Lead cross-functional teams across operations, sales, and production to drive alignment and results.
    Develop frameworks and tools to improve forecasting, margin performance, and vendor relationships.
    Identify and launch new categories including home fragrance, candles, and design-driven lifestyle products.

Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or top-tier consulting background preferred.
    8–10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or general management within luxury, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
    Proven track record in scaling businesses, managing P&L, and leading cross-functional teams.
    Deep experience in business development, partnerships, or licensing a strong plus.
    Analytical mindset with strong financial, strategic, and communication skills.
    Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and comfortable working in a creative culture.
