Description

Seeking an experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, logistics, and order fulfillment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of goods to customers.

Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end supply chain process—purchasing, inventory control, domestic and international shipping logistics, and overall warehouse management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, luxury-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Logistics & Fulfillment Operations

    Oversee all daily warehouse operations at Kelly Wearstler’s Downtown Los Angeles facility.
    Manage domestic and international shipments, including freight quotes, customs documentation, and compliance.
    Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment logistics, including pickups from vendors, the Kelly Wearstler
    studio, and third-party locations.
    Manage both dropship and in-house orders, ensuring on-time deliveries aligned with service level agreements (SLAs).
    Troubleshoot and resolve shipping issues, including delays, damage, or discrepancies with freight carriers and vendors.
    Ensure accurate and timely processing of retail, e-commerce, and trade orders for Kelly Wearstler customers.

Inventory & Purchasing Management

    Perform a regular inventory cycle count to maintain accurate stock levels for Kelly Wearstler’s product lines.
    Manage purchase orders and ensure accurate, timely receipt of goods from vendors.
    Oversee SKU creation, pricing updates, and removal of discontinued items to maintain an accurate and up-to-date product catalog.
    Execute bulk data edits within NetSuite to ensure inventory and pricing integrity.

Quality Control & Process Optimization

    Lead quality control inspections for inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining Kelly Wearstler’s luxury brand standards.
    Continuously identify process improvements to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
    Monitor warehouse KPIs to track performance, report on progress, and implement improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Production teams to support seamless order fulfillment and superior customer service.
    Communicate effectively regarding order statuses, inventory availability, and delivery timelines.
    Support production planning and scheduling to ensure operational goals are met and client expectations are exceeded.

Qualifications

    4+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
    In-depth knowledge of domestic and international freight, shipping logistics, and customs compliance.
    Proficiency in NetSuite (or a similar ERP system), including inventory management and bulk data handling.
    Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with project management or operational tracking tools.
    Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    Background in luxury furniture, home decor, or design-oriented industries.
    Experience with freight forwarders, white-glove delivery services, and international shipping.
    Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field is a plus.
